1、名词解释：

PET打包带又称PET塑钢打包（塑钢打包带）是以PET为主要原料经挤出单向拉伸成型的聚酯打包带，PET打包带是目前国际上最流行的替代钢带、钢丝、重型PP打包带的新型环保包装材料。从2002年来，中国对PET打包带的需求以每年500%的速度增长，现已广泛应用在木业、纸业、钢铁、铝锭、钢管、型材、玻璃、建材、陶瓷、电器、金属制品、烟草、化纤、棉带等行业。外观透明，加入增粘助剂后呈不透明，表面平整或有棱形花纹。

2、生产原料：

PET打包带的主要原料是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（英文简称PET），比重为1.34。

3、产品特点

（1）抗拉力强，既有钢带般的抗拉力，又有能抗冲击的延展性，更能确保产品的运输安全。

（2）延伸度小，伸长率仅是聚丙烯带的六分之一，能长时间的保持拉紧力。

（3）耐温性强，熔点为260度，120度以下使用不变形。

（4）安全性好，无钢带生锈污染被捆物体之患，色彩光亮可鉴。

（5）经济效益佳，1吨PET打包带的长度相当于6吨钢带，每米单价比钢带低40%以上，能为用户降低成本。

3、生产流程

PET打包带生产流程：配料拌料——原料干燥——加热融化——挤出入水形成带胚——加热拉伸成型——加热与冷却（定型处理）——激光喷码----收卷——包装——入库。
